Cambodian Police Dismantle Sophisticated Telegram Extortion Ring Targeting Facebook Shoppers
Cambodian authorities have arrested a man running a sophisticated Telegram scam that impersonated government officials and business owners to extort money from Facebook Live shoppers, netting over US$110,000 from approximately 50 victims.
