Government to Amend Act 530 Allowing Multiple Homes on FELDA Plots
Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has instructed FELDA to draft amendments to the Land (Group Settlement Areas) Act 1960 within two months, enabling settlers to build multiple houses on individual residential plots. The move addresses immediate utility needs for 8,000 existing homes.
