Mexico Arrests Suspected Cartel Leader Over Mayor's Assassination
Mexico's security forces have arrested Ramon Angel, alias 'El R1', a suspected leader within the Jalisco New Generation Cartel, in connection with the killing of Uruapan Mayor Carlos Manzo during Day of the Dead festivities.
