Tuk-tuk Driver Charged After British Boxer Dies in Phuket Vehicle Fall
A tuk-tuk operator in Phuket's Patong area has been charged with negligence and hit-and-run offences following the death of Colin Cairney, 22, a British boxer who fell from the vehicle on June 14.
