Vietnam introduces mandatory passenger compensation for flight delays starting next month
Vietnam is implementing Government Decree No. 208, requiring airlines to compensate passengers for flight delays exceeding 15 minutes, cancellations, and major schedule changes. The regulation takes effect next month.
