Family of Cambodian traffic victim withdraws civil case after S$60,000 settlement
The family of Kuoch Limhan, killed in a Phnom Penh traffic collision, has agreed to drop their civil complaint following a S$60,000 out-of-court settlement with the accused driver's family. Criminal charges remain.
