Hong Kong Legislator William Wong Resigns Over Drink-Driving Scandal, First in 26 Years
Hong Kong lawmaker William Wong Kam-fai has resigned from the Legislative Council following his arrest on suspicion of drink-driving and a hit-and-run incident. He is the first legislator to step down over a scandal in over two decades.
