Bangladesh to Elect New President in September Parliamentary Session
Bangladesh will elect a new president during parliament's third session in September, following the resignation of President Mohammed Shahabuddin Chuppu due to serious illness. The BNP-dominated legislature is expected to elect the ruling party's nominee.
