Russian national arrested at Phuket Airport with 17.6kg cannabis haul
Thai customs officers apprehended a 30-year-old Russian man at Phuket International Airport after discovering 17.6 kilogrammes of cannabis concealed in his luggage as he prepared to board an international flight.
