Singapore driver charged after Ice-fuelled Kallang crash injures cab occupants
A 36-year-old Singapore driver has been charged with multiple offences including driving under the influence of methamphetamine after allegedly causing a collision in Kallang that injured a 60-year-old taxi driver and his 43-year-old passenger.
