Paramount Pauses Warner Bros Takeover After US States Challenge Merger in Court
Paramount has suspended its US$111 billion takeover of Warner Bros Discovery after 12 US states filed an antitrust lawsuit. The merger will only proceed after a court ruling or by June 2027.
