Malaysia's Chief Secretary Tan Sri Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar has instructed all ministry secretaries-general to fast-track over 40,000 small-scale development initiatives across the country, focusing on infrastructure repairs, healthcare upgrades, and market improvements.
